Decipher PMO

Overview

Decipher PMO operates no servers and does not collect, store, or transmit user data. All product functionality runs locally on your device. We have no visibility into what you read, search, build, or download.

Data stored on your device

Drafts in progress, recently viewed items, your AI-drafting consent preference, and, if you provide one, your Anthropic API key are stored solely in your browser or device's local storage. This data does not leave your device except as described in the following section. You may delete it at any time by discarding a draft, removing the key, or clearing the site or app data.

Data sent to Anthropic (AI drafting)

The Build feature uses a third-party AI service, Anthropic PBC, to generate document drafts.

What is sent. Only the project details you enter in Build: your project description, your answers to gap questions, and any revision notes. No other data is transmitted.

Where it goes. This content is sent directly from your device to Anthropic (api.anthropic.com), authenticated with the API key you supply. We are not an intermediary to this exchange and do not receive, store, or have access to its contents.

Purpose. The sole purpose of this transmission is to generate the document you requested. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose by us.

Consent. The app requests your explicit permission before any data is sent. If you decline, AI drafting is disabled and all other features remain fully available.

Anthropic's handling. Data sent to Anthropic is processed under Anthropic's privacy policy. Based on our review of that published policy, its protections are consistent with the commitments described here.

Voice input

Dictation uses your browser's built-in speech recognition on the website and your device's native speech recognition in the mobile apps. Audio is processed for transcription only. We do not receive or store audio.

What this product does not include

This product contains no analytics, no cookies, no user accounts, no advertising, and no tracking technologies. We do not sell, share, or disclose user data to any party, as we do not collect it.

Children's privacy

This is a professional reference tool intended for working adults and is not directed at children. As stated above, we do not collect personal information from any user, child or adult.

Changes to this policy

Any updates to this policy will be posted at this address with a revised effective date.
